Start from the green marker 'A' on the map below.
Go the main D577 road and turn right, towards Jurques.
On the northern side of Jurques, turn left at the
crossroads onto the D54 to Caumont-l’Evente.
At Caumont-l’Evente, take the D28 north to Balleroy
From Balleroy take the D13 North, towards Le Molay
Littry.
You will enter a large section of forest. Shortly after
entering the forest you will come to a roundabout. (There
are picnic sites near to this roundabout, with the usual
forest walks.)
Take the D10 off the roundabout to Le Molay Littry.
At Le Molay Littrryt, take the D5 north, signposted
to Bricqueville.
About 1 ˝ miles out of La Molay Littry, turn right
onto the D208, towards Rubercy.
At Rubercy, turn left onto the D96 towards Trevieres.
At Trevieres, take the D30 towards Formigny and St.
Laurent sur Mer. You will cross over a motorway, at
which point the road you are travelling on becomes the
D517. Carry on to St. Laurent sur Mer.
At St. Laurent sur Mer go straight over the cross roads
in the village. You will travel down a small hill, passing
the Omaha Beach museum on your left. You then come to
a roundabout, with the sea directly in front of you.
Turn left at this roundabout; the road is right next
to the sea, with ample car parking on the left hand
verge.
