BOOKINGS are normally accepted for whole weeks (Saturday to Saturday) although in the off-season short breaks or long weekends are frequently available.

Check-in time is any time after 3pm. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive.
Check-out time is 10.30 am (so we have time to clean and prepare the gite for our next guests).

TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please contact Danny & Angela Scrase by E-mail bookings@lehamelroger.com or by Telephone on 02 31 67 59 91 (if phoning from outside France 0033 2 31 67 59 91). We'll need to know the arrival and departure dates you are hoping for, the number of people in your party and any special requirements.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The balance of payment will become due no less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. In the unlikely event of you needing to cancel your booking, we will be happy to refund your deposit in full subject to us being able to re-let your week.

PAYMENTS can be made by cheque or postal or money order though the mail, or on-line by credit or debit card.

Cheques in Euros, Sterling and U.S. Dollars are accepted. Full details regarding cheque payments will be given when you reserve your holiday.
